About

God of War Ragnarök is the sequel to the 2018 Game of the Year, developed by Santa Monica Studio and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. The game received a 94 on Metacritic and won over 235 awards across major ceremonies.

Role

As the first Technical Sound Designer on the team and later Tools Programmer, responsibilities included developing audio tools and pipelines to support the sound design, music and dialogue team, and implementing technical sound design systems within the game engine. I also established best practices for sound implementation, and later owned authoring tool development for our proprietary propagation system.
